What we can offer as Marketing Automation Manager 🎯
The Marketing Automation Manager plays a critical role in managing and optimizing marketing automation workflows, ensuring seamless execution of demand generation campaigns, and driving efficiency in marketing operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining HubSpot as the central marketing automation platform, supporting demand generation initiatives, managing database hygiene, and ensuring smooth data flow between marketing and sales systems.
Your responsibilities :
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution:
- Own and optimize HubSpot as the primary marketing automation platform.
- Execute and manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
- Implement and maintain email marketing campaigns, ensuring best practices for deliverability, personalization, and engagement.
- Support demand generation programs (webinars, events, paid campaigns, lead lists, web form submissions, etc.).
- Ensure proper campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Build and maintain drip campaigns, multi-step workflows, and automated customer journeys.
Sales & Marketing Data Management:
- Maintain data integrity and segmentation within HubSpot to ensure accurate targeting and personalization.
- Oversee list management, data cleansing, and database hygiene to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure data sync between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other GTM tools to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to refine lead scoring models and lead routing workflows.
ABM & Personalization Strategy:
- Support the execution ofAccount-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring proper segmentation and messaging.
- Leverage intent data to support personalization in outbound and nurture campaigns.
- Work with Demand Generation and Sales teams to deliver targeted content and campaigns to high-intent accounts.
Email Marketing & Performance Optimization:
- Oversee email performance metrics, ensuring proper tracking of open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize email subject lines, content, and engagement strategies.
- Develop and maintain email marketing best practices to improve deliverability and engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and lead conversions.
Integration & System Optimization:
- Ensure smooth integration between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and CRM syncs.
- Work with the RevOps team to evaluate and implement new automation technologies that improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance marketing system architecture and data workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement:
- Work closely with Demand Generation, RevOps, and Sales to align marketing automation with GTM strategy.
- Support Revenue Enablement teams by providing automation insights and best practices for sales outreach.
- Develop training materials and documentation for internal teams on marketing automation workflows.
About you 🔍
- 3-5 years in Marketing Automation, Demand Generation, or Marketing Operations.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, with a focus on lead generation, email marketing, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience in building and optimizing automated marketing workflows and nurture programs.
- Previous experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Demand Generation teams.
- Expert-level experience with HubSpot (certifications are a plus).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM data management, and campaign execution.
- Experience in email marketing strategy, segmentation, and personalization.
- Knowledge of ABM, lead scoring models, and demand generation strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Metabase, and other marketing analytics tools.
