The Responsibilities of the role
Source, qualify and contact potential customers aligned with our best customer ICPs
Daily outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails and social media
Utilise social media to identify, target, and engage prospective customers and develop leads
Qualify and develop leads from Marketing campaigns
Conduct high-level conversations with social media managers, community managers and Marketing leaders
Arrange meetings to qualify for problems to be solved to generate your target SQOs each month
Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics: phone calls, emails and social media outreach activities, pipeline development, and qualified opportunity quota goals
Collaborate with Marketing to research accounts, identify key players, and develop scripts and messages
Track progress towards meeting quota with Account Executives
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Master product knowledge
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
You will be responsible of the outbound and the inbound leads

2-3 years of experience creating outbound pipeline
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
Fluent in English, in French or Spanish
